KBR Machinery works hard to arrange safe, convenient, and cost-effective shipping for our customers. We work with many different shipping companies to ensure the best price and safety for the shipment and pass those savings on to you.

HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
KBR Machinery ship through many couriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the goods to get the best deal to you while making sure they also get to you safely and promptly.
For Small Parts and Spares, KBR Machinery will typically ship via Parcel Force, and for larger items within the UK typically the UK Pallet Network.
KBR Machinery also offers a dedicated courier service where the conveyor will leave our warehouse and be delivered directly to your location.
You can also arrange your own collection. Our warehouse team will load the item onto your vehicle. If you choose this option, please make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight and bring enough straps to secure the load properly.

IS MY MACHINE READY TO USE?
A lot of conveyors are shipped pre-built and ready to use. Some require minimal assembly, and some a little more than simple assembly. If you don’t think you could manage, or simply don’t want to, KBR Machinery offer an Installation service for an extra cost. To find out how much assembly is required on your conveyor, please call +44(0)1952 583 837.
Please refer to your manual before use, as incorrect wiring can cause damage to your conveyor, voiding the warranty.
MY MACHINE IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
KBR Machinery tries its hardest to ensure that all conveyors are delivered to our customers promptly and safely, but sometimes accidents happen. Please check your machine thoroughly for any damage, before you sign for delivery.
