Conveyor Rollers
We offer a wide range of gravity rollers to cover light and heavy-duty applications.
Our roller range includes options such as mild steel, stainless steel, and plastic tubes, with a range of free running or high inertia bearings offering enhanced roller performance.
Hexaganol Spindles
Hexagonal spindles are suitable for single double spring-loaded, fixed shaft or plain loose rollers.
The benefits of a hexagonal spindle being that the hex shape prevents the spindle from rotating in the side frame hole. It also prevents the inner race from rotating on the spindle.
Typical Frame fitments include punching and CNC cutting.
Male threaded
FEMALE THREADED
Round spindles can be threaded at either end to suit a metric or imperial nuts. Typically spindles are supplied loose or fixed within the roller.
Both Round or Hexagonal spindles can be supplied drilled and tapped for metric or imperial threads.
The benefits of a drilled and tapped spindle being that the bolted fitment prevents the spindle from rotating in the side frame hole.
This also enables the frame to be drilled for fitment, while offering the same benefits as hexagonal spindles.
Typical Frame fitments include drilling, punching and CNC cutting.
MACHINED / MILLED FLATS
Cross DRILLED
Milled OR Machined Flats, where the round spindles are machined to suit fitment into a slot. This is where rollers are to be lowered into the framework.
Some rollers with milled flats might be drilled and taped to one end. Shafts are typically supplied within a fixed position.
Round spindles can be threaded at either end to suit a metric or imperial nuts. Typically spindles are supplied loose or fixed within the roller.
Conveyor Drive Pulleys & Idler Rollers
The KCB Belt Conveyor incorporates Rulmeca drive pulleys complete with hardened steel geared helical internal gearbox.
Designed for arduous applications, including water, dust, grit, chemicals, grease, and oil.
In comparison to a typical motor gearbox system, the 113mm diameter drum motor offers reduced energy consumption in addition to increased power efficiency, whereby drive power can be transferred along the full width of the belting surface offering higher mechanical efficiency.
